ISDA Launches Delphi CDS Index Protocol

ISDA has opened the adherence period for market participants to opt into the Delphi Credit Default Swap Index Protocol.
ISDA hopes this plan will ease the process of settling credit derivative index trades on Delphi Corp. by allowing investors
to settle in cash not bonds.
