ISDA in online auction first

ISDA has tapped Creditex and Markit to administer an online auction. The auction will help dealers with pricing and will
simplify the process associated with settling Collin & Aikman CDS trades. This is the first time a cash approach has
been used to settle CDS. The prices are based on a 'fixings' process used by Creditex and Markit for the iTraxx series of
credit indices.
