ISDA Drafts Delphi Protocol, Final Version Expected Wednesday

ISDA has announced plans for a Delphi CDS Index Protocol and thus offers a way for market participants to settle trades
on credit derivative indexes that include Delphi. Creditex and Markit will administer the auction. All market participants
can submit limit orders through participating dealers. The auction is slated for November 3, 2005.
