Creditex, CreditTrade Finish Merger of Two Derivatives Brokers

Creditex and CreditTrade completed a merger, creating a company that will handle more than $2 trillion in contracts this year. "The new company combines the strengths of two businesses, that, joined together, will not only be responsive to market needs, but also be at the forefront of innovation in voice, hybrid and electronic transaction services, " said CEO Sunil Hirani. The company has 225 employees in New York, New Jersey, London and Singapore.
