Brokers act on e-trading threat

This article discusses the launch, success and expansion of etrading on Creditex. It discusses the recent introduction
of etrading on single name credit derivatives in financials and indicates that etrading in some other sectors may follow.
Creditex CEO Sunil HIrani is quoted saying that European clients in particular are interested in electronic trading of European
single names in such sectors as insurance, automotives and technology.
The story adds that other brokerages are working on systems that will compete with the Creditex etrading platform.
