63.375 is the Magic Number

Last week's auction to settle Dephi went well, according to buyside firms. A trader was quoted in the story saying it
was "quite efficient and orderly." Fifteen dealers participated in the auction which resulted in a price of 63.375.
The auction was designed to recreate net physical settlement, according to one trader.
